Recipes - Biscuits - Oat and Cornflake Biscuits



Ingredients:

2 cups flour
2 cups cornflakes
2 cups oats
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
250g margarine
2 tps vanilla essence
4 tps baking powder


Method:

Cream margarine and sugar, add beaten eggs. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the mixture.
Add post toasties and oats. Mix very well then drop teaspoonsfull onto a greased tray.
Flatten slightly, decorate with cherries or nuts.
Bake at 180 C for 14 to 15 minutes.

Makes 80 to 100 biscuits.
